Owners of small establishments often get lost in the crowd when compared to these corporate giants. Though various experts have been crowing about it for some time now, they never seem to offer information regarding the “whys” and “hows” of branding a small business, much less how to pull it off . . . without spending a small fortune

Mutterings from Monique:

This month I want to share a little success story that I'm quite proud of. A few months ago a property owner came to me for a web site. He owned three buildings, two of which had a huge number of vacancies. For a small fee we developed a very simple content managed web site for him. Since we built the site the client's spirits and bank account have lifted considerably. His once vacant buildings are now filling up, and he tells me that he gets several calls on any new vacancy that comes up.

In addition to building the web site we showed the client how to increase response rates to his Oregonian ads, as well as how to promote his vacancies online (for free!). I feel proud not only to have helped his business, but to have helped him as a person.
